Current Business Policies

Please be courteous and respectful of time for everyone. If you are going to be more than ten (10) minutes late to your session; it's important you reach out as soon as possible, as we may have to reschedule. After fifteen (15) minutes you will be considered a no-show and charged the the full amount for your scheduled services. 

All services must be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the original service time. If it is less than 24 hours notice; a fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service(s) will be incurred. If you do not show up to your scheduled service and provide no notice; you will be charged 100% for your scheduled service(s) amount. Anyone with a scheduled service must keep an active credit card on file. Vagaro, our card processor keeps your payment information encrypted and secure. We only have access to charge your card on file directly through Vagaro in the event of a last minute cancellation or reschedule. All rescheduling or cancelations must be done through text message to (208) 982-1393.  

The private suite is designed to fit only two (2) people at a time - you and your service provider. The only exemption to this will be a guardian accompanying a minor.  

For your first wax and after shaving; the hair only needs to be 1/4 inch in length. Think about 10 days worth of growth or the length of a grain of rice. For best waxing results the recommended time between waxes is 4 (four) weeks. It takes 2 to 3 sessions to get your hair follicles onto the same growth cycle. By your 3rd wax you should notice fuzzy new growth, instead of prickly hair stubble. Do not shave between waxing sessions, as shaving starts the process  all over, again. 

Hydrate! Start at least 48 hours before your session making sure to focus on your water intake. Hydrated skin will release the hair from its follicle much easier than dry, dehydrated skin. This significantly limits hair breaking off at the surface (we want it removed by the roots) as well as lessening the physical discomfort from waxing. Wear loose fitting clothes whenever possible in order to avoid friction on freshly waxed skin. This will help limit post wax irritation.  

Facials or body waxing can begin as young as 14 years of age with guardian consent. The minor's guardian must accompany them to their first visit. Brazilian waxing will not be performed on anyone under the age of 18 

It is common to experience more discomfort when you wax right before (or during) menstration. However, waxing can still be completed, as long as you wear a fresh tampon to your session. Bathrooms are available on site and we will keep extra tampons in shop for emergencies.
